Elegant Design brings more than 30 years of experience in resort design, with particular expertise in island architecture. Our portfolio includes a wide range of hospitality, commercial, and residential projects, including Marriott Resort, Hyatt Beach Suites, La Palma Hotel, Indigo Bay, 19 North Apartments, Silver Reef, Little Cayman Beach Resort renovation, Villa Royale, Margaritaville, Soulstice Resort, Wanaka Ski Resort, Fiji Wyndham Resort, as well as numerous resort renovations, commercial buildings, and luxury waterfront residences.

Pedro Theye

Principal

Since 1992, Pedro has worked on the design of resort, residential, and commercial projects, including their construction and development. His experience collaborating closely with developers and large facility operators gives him unique insight into how to mitigate construction risk while creating beautiful buildings.

Previously, Pedro served as the in-house architect for Wyndham Vacation Resorts, Asia Pacific, where he completed new resort designs and builds, along with numerous hotel renovations across Fiji, New Zealand, and Australia. He has also completed master plans throughout South Florida, Australia, the Caribbean, Fiji, and Vietnam.

Ronald J. Migoya

Registered Architect

Ron has an outstanding reputation managing all stages of the design and construction process. He is experienced with luxury residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality projects.

Ron's core skills embrace knowledge in Technical & Creative Problem Solving, Pre-Bid Planning & Constructability review, Documentation, Strategic Planning, Construction Administration, Stakeholder Management. Quality, Budgeting, and Schedule target monitoring. Ron previously work at Arquitectonica.

Wilfredo Gonzalez

Senior Architectural Project Manager

Wilfredo Gonzalez is a bilingual graduated from the University of Milwaukee Wisconsin, School of Architecture and Urban Planning, with a degree in Architecture. Wilfredo has 16+ years in the architectural/construction field, with solid designing/drafting skills, ranging from residential to commercial projects. His professional career has given him a genuine understanding of the value for customer service and management, as well as an innovative approach to design and advanced technical capabilities in 2D/3Dimensional computer aided software.
