Historical 1920's hotel for the early settlers of Coral Gables, La Palma has a special place many people's hearts that have enjoyed the unique courtyard and Spanish Mediterranean architecture.  The project directive was to rejuvenate the existing structure and add two floors of new modern accommodation and amenities.
